1 Introduction to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cv6yy ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). cv6yy is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services, games, bonus offers, and payment transactions on the platform.

We reserve the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To create an account and use the services at cv6yy, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be able to verify your identity through valid means.
• You will manage the account on your own behalf and voluntarily — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not currently enrolled in any active self-exclusion program.
• You have the right to participate in online gaming and betting under applicable law.

cv6yy may request age and identity verification documents at any time. The account may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

cv6yy reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Once registration is complete, you will need to access the platform through the cv6yy Login page.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are requested to follow these security guidelines:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Always log out properly after using a public or shared device.

You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials. cv6yy is not liable for unauthorized use by third parties.

5 Account Suspension & Closure

cv6yy may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A violation of these Terms occurs.
• Fraud or dishonest conduct is suspected.
• False or misleading information is provided.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• By order of authorities for valid legal reasons.

You may also request account closure at any time. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

6 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on the cv6yy platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account instantly.

7 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement on that bonus has been met.

cv6yy reserves the right to temporarily delay a withdrawal for additional verification in the case of suspicious transactions. Processing will resume once the security check is complete.

8 Welcome Bonus Terms

cv6yy offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The following conditions apply before the bonus is added to the account:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• A 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• The wagering must be completed within the bonus earning period.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200. Bonus wagering: ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets completed, after which winnings from the bonus are withdrawable.

Example 2: Deposit ৳26,000 → bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳41,000.

9 General Bonus Rules

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per person, household address, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are given as a gift — there is no right to claim a bonus under any circumstances.
• cv6yy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is proven (multiple accounts, fraudulent betting patterns), the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Withdrawing the deposit before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

10 VIP Tiers & Benefits

cv6yy's VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. cv6yy holds the final decision on VIP tier assignment and cashback payments. VIP benefits may change at any time, and all VIP benefits will be cancelled if the account is closed.

11 Gaming Code of Conduct

All games on the cv6yy platform are conducted fairly and transparently. The following conduct is strictly prohibited for users:

• Playing games using software, bots, or any other automated method.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other players or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on both outcomes of the same event to guarantee a profit (Arbitrage Betting).

If such conduct is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. cv6yy uses SSL encryption and fair play technology to ensure a secure gaming environment.

12 Technical Errors & Disputes

Any winnings incorrectly displayed or credited due to a technical error will be considered void. cv6yy reserves the right to cancel or correct transactions arising from an obvious error.

13 Responsible Gaming Policy

• The ability to request limits on your own deposits, bets, or losses.
• The ability to activate Self-Exclusion for a set period of time.

• Errors or delays caused by third-party service providers.
• Unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

Under no circumstances will cv6yy's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the last 30 days.

16 Intellectual Property

All content on the cv6yy platform — logos, designs, software, graphics and text — is the intellectual property of cv6yy and is protected by copyright law. Reproducing, distributing or using any part of this material for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

17 Severability and Entirety of Terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between cv6yy and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
